About Us

Melanie's passion for dialysis spans over 25 years.  From Dialysis Technician, charge nurse, to administrator and owner of two outpatient dialysis facilities, Melanie has the expertise that is the foundation for Renal Mint.   In her spare time, Melanie loves spending time with her family & traveling.

Rosemary has over 30 years of dialysis experience.  Her expertise includes administration, HR, care coordination, acute & chronic dialysis programs & patient admissions & medical records mgt.  Rosemary enjoys spending time at soccer games watching her beautiful granddaughter, and loving on her fur babies.

Ginger has over 18 years of industry experience.  Her roles as alternate administrator, renal billing supervisor, and management leadership is the cornerstone of Renal Mint. When she is not working, she enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with her husband and two sons. 

Gabriel's role is overseeing the tracking, storage, and ordering of a company's stock levels, ensuring sufficient inventory is available to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.  He also oversees vendor relations and contract negotiations.  In his spare time, Gabriel enjoys gaming, traveling and spending time with his wife & fur babies. 

Melea is our lead bookkeeper, accounts payable & accounts receivable manager.  Her eye for detail and high level of organization is a must for any healthcare facility.  Monthly reconciliations and financial reports are her specialty.  When Melea is not working she enjoys the arts, painting, music and her three fur babies!

Jasmine is our insurance verification specialist.  Accurate data is the key for timely revenue. Jasmine also prepares AR & financial reporting for our clients.   When she is not working she enjoys traveling, spending time with family & being an Aunt to her first Nephew.
